HCAS 1101 Complex Care Preceptorship

This practice course provides learners with an opportunity to transition from the role of a learner to a graduate Health Care Assistant in a multi-level or complex care setting. Learners will gain insights, awareness and knowledge towards effectively functioning as Health Care Assistants.

Prerequisites
Minimum Grade of B- in HCAS 1011, HCAS 1021, HCAS 1031, HCAS 1041, HCAS 1051, HCAS 1061, Credit received for HCAS 1071, HCAS 1081. Step 2 documentation as listed in the admissions requirements for the program must remain current through the length of the course
