FNFA 106 Exhibitions and Curating I
3 Credits
This course introduces learners to participating in group exhibitions and to the process of documenting personal artwork in professional edited formats. Topics covered will focus on understanding juried exhibitions, how to set up an exhibition, lighting, hanging, displaying, how to package your works for travelling to exhibitions, and include how to photograph both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works of art, including how to digitally edit these photos. This course will include critiques for developing language to discuss art.
