ECCE 240 Inclusion in Early Childhood Settings
3 Credits
This course provides a theoretical foundation for organizing and determining quality supported childcare programs especially as they relate to the inclusion of children with diverse needs. The learner will examine and reflect on collaborative supportive child care philosophies, trends, values, models, and government legislation. Specific attention will be given to the planning and assessment involved in ensuring an inclusive childcare environment that promotes individuality through positive guidance.
