Detailed examination of all levels of cell structure and function. Emphasis is placed upon the dynamic processes at the cellular level. Topics considered include biotechnology, prokaryote/eukaryote cells, membrane models, cell walls, cytoplasmic organelles, the nucleus, cell cycle and nucleocytoplasmic interactions.
