BLAW 152 Canadian Business Law
An introduction to the general principles of law relating to contract and tort. Specific contracts to be considered include agency, assignment, bailment, employment, negotiable instruments, and sale of goods. Some aspects of the law relating to real property, different forms of business organizations, personal and intellectual property and insurance are also discussed. (3,0,0)
