Topics covered include financial statements analysis, time value of money, valuation for stocks and bonds, capital budgeting, risk and return tradeoff and the functions of capital markets.

BFIN 251 Business Finance II

This course addresses further concepts in business finance decision-making related to capital markets, short and long-term financing and the capital structure of the organization. Topics include cost of capital, leverage, dividend policy, working capital management, derivative securities, and international finance.
